The Solar Plexus Chakra
“Wild and Untamed, I am Haunted by your Windy Energy, Tempted in my dreams by your projected love, reflecting and pulling on my heart's integrity. These chords strung on my unique empowered melody are being moved as if Divine but yet not quite, boundaries crossed, and I cannot Move, Burned, I choose Free Will, My Power is Divine, do not settle it must be Crown, not this stomach pain that violates my morality. The Solar Plexus Chakra
The Solar Plexus Chakra is Yellow. The Third Chakra is located at the navel region above the belly button.
It governs the fire element, and it is where we find strength. It is responsible for empowerment and control and teaches us to cooperate or dominate, the courage to take action and the willpower to set boundaries.
Its sense of faculty is “sight” and” affirmation "I can.”
In Spiritual Anatomy, the Solar Plexus Chakra governs the pancreas, stomach, abdomen, upper intestines, Liver, Gallbladder, Kidneys, Adrenal Glands, Spleen and the Middle of the Spine.
If the Solar Plexus chakra becomes blocked or out of balance, you may struggle to let go of complexes at both extremes. For example, you could be overpowering/ controlling, domineering, playing the victim, blaming and having low self-esteem. The Challenge is to replace dominance with respect.
Physical issues can occur as Arthritis, Intestinal Problems, Indigestion, anorexia and bulimia, and Liver or Adrenal Dysfunction.
However, when this Chakra is balanced, you embrace your authentic nature and confidently express your highest intellect and energetic action.
