The Ego, a pivotal element of our psyche, acts as a guiding light in the darkness, illuminating the aspects of ourselves that are concealed from our conscious awareness.

Dream analyst, Rozalia Kieliszkiewicz Ai Generates and image to portray the relationship between memory and dreams.

What if we were concealed with memories of our whole lives in our unconscious, from birth to death, as if we had some access to a higher spectrum of Consciousness where time was irrelevant?

It would explain the concept of Dejavu, which feels like you dreamt of this moment and have seen it before in a distant or interstellar place.

When we dream, the communication between the hippocampus ( where we store memory) and the neocortex (where we store detailed events and logical situations) is disrupted. Thus, when we transition from a dream state to a waking state, we can experience bits and pieces of a memory that manifests as a dream to create a narrative. When we are asleep, the hippocampus is unavailable; thus, dreams and memories are patchy and mirage-like upon waking from that dream.

Since Dreams and Memories are stored in the same gland in the brain, the Hippocampus, then wouldn't Dreams and Memories, when awake, be interchangeable? Even more so when dreams fade away upon waking, and the Hippocampus cannot catch all the remains. Where do the Dreams go? Somewhere deep in the unconscious?

When you are having a DejaVu, how can you not be certain that you have been given a roadmap, guidance, confirmation, perhaps, as Carl Jung calls a meaningful coincidence, "synchronicity," that unites the lost pieces of your Soul back together again? External stimuli possibly touch your unconscious memories or lost Dreams and suddenly return to conscious form.

Then these memories, Deja Vus or Episodic Dreams, become short clips of film of your life where the unit of time is an illusion, discovering that you understand everything in the here and now while holding on to nothing, being as you are evolving, becoming, who you always were.
