In astrology, the 6th House represents service, wellness and the daily work we offer to others. For me, it is where passion meets purpose: showing up to guide, teach and support.
If a reading, coaching session, wellness resource or piece of content has helped you, you’re welcome to leave a tip—or support the mission behind the work.

Leave a tip · Make a donation · Support the mission
Perhaps a session gave you clarity, a resource answered a question at just the right moment, or a piece of content inspired you. Maybe you simply appreciate the mission. Choose the kind of support that feels right to you.
Whether it’s a small tip for a job well done or a larger contribution toward the mission, every amount is deeply appreciated and received with gratitude.
Give with clarity: Tips and mission contributions are voluntary and do not book a new session or purchase a product or service. Soul Food Fitness Inc. is not presented as a registered charity; charitable donation tax receipts are not available.
The person behind Soul Food Fitness
My entrepreneurial spark began young. On August 8, 2018, I made it official and incorporated Soul Food Fitness Inc. I stepped off the expected path with a name and a vision: help people, help the planet, and create something meaningful.
What I didn’t know was how much that vision would ask me to grow. The more I faced Soul Food Fitness head-on, the more I committed to my own inner work and healing. Bringing this idea into the world meant learning to live it myself.
To me, Soul Food Fitness is a mirror of that journey—my healing expressed through the work I share. Fueling Life with Soul Food Fitness explores the connection between body, mind and spirit, and the harmony we can cultivate between humans, energy and our planet.
I began this journey with $20,000 in debt. Over eight years, I built my way from survival toward stability, independence and room to thrive. As I grew, I created more space to help others grow, too.
No grants. No investors. No outside financial backing. I invested my own money and kept showing up, day by day—with time, energy, sweat, tears, laughter and everything in between. I’m proud of what I’ve built, and I’m excited about where it can go.
Now, I’m making room to receive. This is my “Ask and you shall receive” page: an open invitation to support a mission you believe in, in an amount that feels good to you.
Soul Food Fitness Inc. is incorporated on August 8.
Self-funding, personal healing and steady, determined work.
More room to create, connect and welcome support.
