Proper Nutrition is the Fuel to our fire. Without the building blocks of nutrients found in Food, Herbs, Air, Sun, and Water, our bodily organs would not function properly and eventually shut down.

For this reason, I will create a personalized nutrition program that meets your Biochemical Individuality. You are unique and authentic, with various needs that differ from others, and your nutrition practices need to reflect your most natural state of being.

As a result, I will help you create healthy nutritional habits, lifestyle and spiritual routines, and supplementation protocols that assist you in making long-term sustainable changes, helping you live a balanced, healthy life and look and feel your best.

As a result, you will create habits that will ultimately change your life, how you feel about yourself, your energy levels, your mood, and your overall well-being. You will feel more connected to your body and what it needs. You will feel confident, energized and healthier each day. Your mood will be sound, and your lifestyle will be manageable. You will establish a good connection with Food and see it as a fuel source! You will eat abundantly while loving what you see in the mirror daily. Your digestion will improve along with other systemic imbalances. You will feel and look great, inside and outside!

**These are your Sessions. You choose how you wish to use them. If you have questions regarding recipes, food time management, food products and grocery stores, ingredients, and sources of food, meal planning and establishing healthy food habits, we focus on these. If you come to a session and there are no initial questions or need for focus, we then concentrate on the program and the progression of your nutrition and wellness journey😊**


Step 1- Book your Initial Session

This session will discuss your Goals, Needs and Health Concerns. We will dive into your Nutrition habits, as well as any occurring symptoms in the following systems in the body: Digestive, Intestinal, Nervous, Glandular/ Endocrine, Urinary, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Muscular, Skeletal, Immune and Skin and learn more about who you are! We will focus on any topic you have in mind: Holistic Nutrition, Herbal Remedies, Nutrition for the Mind/ Cognitive Support or Ayurveda. At the end of the session, I will offer options to encourage you to commit to yourself while keeping you accountable on your self-development journey.

Below, you will find packages that decrease in Price the longer you commit! - Invest in yourself, and I will commit to you as your coach, keeping you accountable for your nutrition health journey.

I have covered the following packages; you can choose to have consistent Virtual Sessions with me. All programs can connect twice a month. Once you sign up, you can select regular Times and Days to commit consistently to our sessions.
